Each workshop is divided in two parts. In the morning papers will be presented and discussed whereas in the afternoon experiences, projects, proposals and ideas will be evaluated.
 
Each workshop includes a ”facilitator” which can be considered as a manager of the group. In each a brief summary of the work will be prepared and then later be posted in a public space during the conference. The facilitator will be identified prior to the conference and will act as a “’bridge” between the scientific committee, the proponents, people who present a paper and participants in general.
Each workshop can be found online where materials will be uploaded in order to give all participants access to the information.

ACTIVITY WORKSHOPS
These workshops are less theoretical and more practically orientated. No papers will be presented. Every day (September 20-21-22), participants can choose in between a “classic” workshop or an activity workshop which will take place at the same time.
