Our aim is to maintain some signature aspects of the previous editions such as the interaction between scientists and activists, the involvement of local stakeholders, and the valuing of diversity and multiplicity of viewpoints.

We will also develop the themes and issues raised by previous editions of the International Conference, but at the same time we would like to make a further contribution, paying particular attention to the following aspects:

to be as close as possible to the daily dimensions of life and work of people

to strengthen the contribution of local subjects, involving activists and bearers of good practices in a logic of circularity between theory and experience

give space to the collective thought processes on the political and institutional processes of change.
